HEIDENHAIN’s Service Exchange is a fast, responsive parts exchange system which minimises your machine’s downtime. You’ll benefit from original HEIDENHAIN replacement parts delivered within 48 hours, as well as access to a qualified HEIDENHAIN Service Engineer who can install and commission the replacement part.
You’ll also receive a year’s warranty on the replacement equipment.
Service Exchange is simple and very effective:
- You contact HEIDENHAIN with a request for a replacement part.
- We ship this by courier the same day, so that you usually receive it within 24 hours, or 48 hours at the latest.
- You return your original part for repair within two weeks.
- We repair the part and retain it for use as part of our Service Exchange.
- We bill you only for the actual repair.
- Your replacement part is guaranteed for 12 months.
- We can also provide a qualified HEIDENHAIN Service Engineer to help you with the installation as needed.
